LG Inform Plus has been developed in partnership over a decade to help local authorities and other organisations shape, run and improve their business.
What's the difference between LG Inform and LG Inform Plus?
LG Inform is an open tool that lets anyone compare metrics about local authorities in reports and dashboards. Local authority officers who register and sign in can author their own reports.
LG Inform Plus makes available a larger number of metrics about a wider range of areas. Not just local authorities, but also wards, parishes, Integrated Care Boards and many more.
Do I have to be subscribed to use LG Inform Plus?
Some features require subscription, others don’t.
LG Inform Plus have three levels of access:
- Anyone can see open standards, natural neighbourhoods and other open data tools
- Registration and sign-in is needed to edit natural neighbourhoods and for trial use of the Application Programming Interface (API)
- Subscription gives you access to a wider range of tools and full use of the API. See the Subscription benefits page for details.
